Shipping Policy:
Important Shipping Update
Due to recent changes in China’s customs regulations, many shipments are currently experiencing unexpected delays. As a result, there may be a slight delay in the processing and delivery of some orders. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we work closely with our suppliers to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom-made wigs may take up to 7-10 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days within the U.S. and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
International Shipping: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom wigs and hairpieces are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Clearance or sale items are also final sale.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or length, we offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy:
You may only receive a refund within 3 days of purchase. Once we receive your returned item , we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds are only issued for the original purchase price—shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Due to shipping times and handling processes beyond our control, we cannot issue any refunds or returns for delayed, lost, or late-arriving packages. Please make sure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
Custom Orders:
For custom wig orders, please allow additional time for production. Custom wigs are tailored to your specifications, including hair length, color, and texture. Once a custom order is placed, we will confirm the details with you before production begins.
